Hello,
I’m interested in purchasing your gyokuro, kyusu and One of your Black teas, so I’d like to know: how long does the order take to arrive in my country, Italy?
Moreover, I was interested in the elevation of the tea plantation from which your teas are produced.

Dear Francesco, most of our teas are grown in the elevation between 300m-600m. Shipping normally takes about 10-14 days, but that also depends on the customs procedures of your country.
