*This service operates in accordance with the revised “Guidelines for Transportation Not Requiring Permit or Registration under the Road Transport Act” of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, effective March 2024, and under the guidance of relevant government agencies. This shuttle bus is operated for participants of Kyoto Obubu Tea farms tours and is therefore only available to tour participants. We have tightened the application of this rule from April 17, 2026. Therefore, it will apply to all reservations from now on. If you are not a tour participant, you will not be able to board, so please be careful when making your reservation.

※当事業は2024年３月に改正「国土交通省：道路運送法における許可又は登録を要しない運送に関するガイドライン」に従い、関係官庁の指導の下、運行しております。このシャトルバスは京都おぶぶ茶苑のツアーの参加者のために運行しているため、ツアー参加者のみ利用可能です。2026年４月17日からこのルール運用を厳格化しました。そのため今後すべての予約者に適応させていただきます。そのためツアー予約者でない場合は、乗車いただけないので、予約時に気をつけてください。

This is a one-way ticket for the direct shuttle bus operated by Kyoto Obubu Tea Farm. It is a one-way ticket that is valid only for the specified time from the Kyoto Obubu Tea Farm Tea Factory bus stop in Wazuka-town to the Kyoto Hachijoguchi shuttle bus stop.

京都おぶぶ茶苑が運行する直通シャトルバスの片道乗車券です。和束町にある京都おぶぶ茶苑 製茶工場前バス停から京都八条口シャトルバス乗降場までの指定時間のみ有効な片道乗車券です。

Booking and Boarding Steps:

1. Reservations for the direct shuttle bus can be made up until 7 a.m. on the day of your trip.
2. To reserve, please select your desired date from the calendar shown below. Please note that you will not be able to board the bus on any other date or time than the reserved date and time.
3. After submitting the reservation form, you will be directed to the payment page, where your reservation will be completed once payment is complete (you will not be able to return to the payment page afterwards).
4. Your boarding ticket will be valid once your payment has been confirmed.
5. The reply email from Stripe confirming payment completion will be your boarding ticket.
6. When boarding, please present the ticket on your smartphone or printed page to the driver.

ご予約方法と乗車方法

1. 直通シャトルバスのご予約は、当日午前7時まで可能です。
2. 直通シャトルバスのご予約は、下記の各チケット購入ページ内のカレンダーからご希望の日程をお選びください。予約日・予約時間以外は乗車できませんのでご注意ください。
3. 予約フォームを送信すると、支払いページに移動し、お支払い完了をもって予約完了になります（その後、お支払いページに戻ることはできません）。
4. お支払いが確認された時点で乗車チケットが予約されます。
5. 支払い完了のStripeからの返信メールを乗車チケットとさせていただいております。
6. 乗車時に乗務員まで、スマートホンや印刷ページにてそのチケットをご提示しご乗車ください。

Cancellation policy:

• More than 4 days before the tour date: Full refund.
• Less than 3 days before the tour date: No refund.
• If you booked through a crowdfunding campaign: No refund.
• In case of a refund, we will refund you the amount after deducting Stripe’s Transfer and Booking Fees.
• If you do not arrive at the designated boarding gate after the boarding time on the day, your reservation will be canceled.

キャンセル料金について

• ツアー催行日の4日前以降：全額払い戻し
• ツアー催行日の3日前以降：払い戻しなし
• 返金の場合、振込手数料、予約手数料を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。
• 当日乗車時間を過ぎて指定の搭乗口にお越しでない場合は、キャンセルとさせていただきます。
