◾️和所俊昌先生とは
和束町で３代続く和束を代表する和菓子銘菓です。普段工場では、御影石（みかげいし）の石臼と桜の木を用いて餅を丹念についています。だから、もちのコシが違いめちゃめちゃのびる！石臼ときねで丹念についたおもちは、なべに入れても、柔らかくなっても、ドロドロに溶けることはありません。毎週末には和束のローソンでも出店しており、丸餅、栗大福、草餅、茶団子、炊き込みご飯など、週末に和束へ訪れる観光客にも大人気。おぶぶ茶苑とのつながりも長く、ネット販売している正月向けの丸餅は毎年大盛況、また抹茶蜜やほうじ茶蜜も大変人気の高い商品です。
A Mochi Making Experience with our longtime friend, partner, and Wazuka local, Toshi-san. Toshi-san, also known as “The Mochi Man,” is a 3rd-generation sweets-maker and mochi specialist, who will teach you the entire process of mochi making from start to finish!
You’ll pound your own rice into mochi, create tea-flavored anko and fillings, and finally craft the perfect mochi daifuku to be enjoyed with a delicious cup of our tea.

Workshop Price
The tour is available for up to 20 people and is 4,400yen/person. The price includes:

Workshop Booking Steps:
Booking is required at least a week in advance to reserve your place on the workshop.
- To book your place on the workshop please select a date from the calendar below.
- After submitting the booking form you will be directed to a payment page. Please make the payment at the time of the booking (you cannot return to the payment page afterwards).
- Your tour is reserved once the payment is confirmed (Stripe confirmation is regarded as the tour confirmation).
Cancellation:
- More than 14 days before the tour date: Full refund
- 14 – 7 days before the tour date: 80% refund
- 6 – 3 days before the tour date: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before the tour date: No refund
- Booked through crowd funding: No refund
- In case of a refund, we will refund you the amount after deducting Stripes’ Transfer and Booking Fees.
