Hello, I followed your interesting workshop in the Netherlands (Sunday 19th Marsh). You explaned the difference between Tencha leaves, Kabusecha and Gyokuro. But I have still a question : is Gyokuro tea ONLY handpicked tea or are some Gyokuro plants automatically harvested ? And how are the Tencha leaves & the Kabusecha harvested ?
