Hello Gemma, thank you for choosing our Kyobancha. There are several ways to brew it.
The most common way would be a hot brew: 5g of tea brewed with 180ml of water at 100°C for 30s.
Kyobancha is also nice when made as a cold brew: 10g of tea with 1l of water left in fridge for 2h.
