How do you uproot tea plant for enabling to replant with new improved varieties ?

Dear Ravi, thank you for the question. Nowadays tea plans are mostly propagated from cuttings; and, yes, cuttings are uprooted in a nursery before they are replanted into a permanent field. Every few years Obubu plants a new field and increases the range of cultivars to produce the tea from.
