This is a one-way ticket for the direct shuttle bus operated by Kyoto Obubu Tea Farm.This one-way ticket is valid only at the specified time from the JR Kizu Station East Exit bus rotary to the Kyoto Obubu Tea Farm Tea Factory bus stop in Wazuka Town.

京都おぶぶ茶苑が運行する直通シャトルバスの片道乗車券です。JR木津駅 東口バスロータリーから和束町にある京都おぶぶ茶苑　製茶工場前バス停までの指定時間のみ有効な片道乗車券です。

Booking and Boarding Steps:

1. Reservations for the direct shuttle bus can be made up until 7am on the day of your trip.
2. To reserve a direct shuttle bus, please select your desired date from the calendar on each ticket purchase page below. Please note that you will not be able to board the bus on any other date or time than the reserved date and time.
3. After submitting the reservation form, you will be directed to the payment page, where your reservation will be completed once payment is complete (you will not be able to return to the payment page afterwards).
4. Your boarding ticket will be reserved once your payment has been confirmed.
5. The reply email from Stripe confirming payment completion will be your boarding ticket.
6. When boarding, please present the ticket on your smartphone or printed page to the driver.

ご予約方法と乗車方法

1. 直通シャトルバスのご予約は、当日午前7時まで可能です。
2. 直通シャトルバスのご予約は、下記の各チケット購入ページ内のカレンダーからご希望の日程をお選びください。予約日・予約時間以外は乗車できませんのでご注意ください。
3. 予約フォームを送信すると、支払いページに移動し、お支払い完了をもって予約完了になります（その後、お支払いページに戻ることはできません）。
4. お支払いが確認された時点で乗車チケットが予約されます。
5. 支払い完了のStripeからの返信メールを乗車チケットとさせていただいております。
6. 乗車時に乗務員まで、スマートホンや印刷ページにてそのチケットをご提示しご乗車ください。

Cancellation:

• More than 4 days before the tour date: Full refund.
• Less than 3 days before the tour date: No refund.
• If you booked through a crowdfunding campaign: No refund.
• In case of a refund, we will refund you the amount after deducting Stripe’s Transfer and Booking Fees.
• If you do not arrive at the designated boarding gate after the boarding time on the day, your reservation will be canceled.

キャンセル料金について

• ツアー催行日の4日前以降：全額払い戻し
• ツアー催行日の3日前以降：払い戻しなし
• 返金の場合、振込手数料、予約手数料を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。
• 当日乗車時間を過ぎて指定の搭乗口にお越しでない場合は、キャンセルとさせていただきます。
