Sakura Tea

It was a warm day today. 🌞🌞🌞 🌸

In this season of spring, I made a delicious dish using Obubu’s cherry tea!

Salted cherry blossom tea, made using the ancient method, and sweet cherry blossom tea, perfected two years ago, have become Obubu’s most popular products.

Today, on my day off, I tried to make various things with the cherry tea.

The sweet cherry tea made with sugar was popped straight into black tea!

A fragrant Taiwanese black tea.

I like the fact that I can use the candied tea as it is.

The cherry blossoms bloom beautifully in the teacup.

The appearance and the subtle scent of cherry blossoms make this a gorgeous tea that reminds me of spring.

I also put it on top of matcha ice cream.

The contrast of pink and green is beautiful. !!!!

I can’t wait to eat it!

One dish using cherry tea!

Remove the stems from the salted cherry tea and chop them.

Boil the rape blossoms that are in season right now and fry them with parsley and garlic.

Throw in the chopped sakura tea.

Combine it with the pasta, and you have cherry blossom pasta for the holidays that brings spring!

Now, let’s eat! ^v^!

Sakura tea is a fun tea that can be used for cooking as well as tea.
