I am traveling from Tokyo to Kyoto the morning of Jan 9th, and would like to join for the tour but I am hesitant to sign up in the event of travel delays preventing us from joining. Is it possible to show up and join if there are open spaces?

There are some seats available on the 9th of January and we would be very happy to welcome you.
However, pre-book is necessary to join the tea tour and you can book it directly through our website.
