What is the tea rolling class?

Hello! 
 
We we are going to plan a trip at the end of April and would like to stop in for a guided tour. Unfortunately the calendar day that works for us is April 29 and when we go to book it only has the tea picking and rolling available. What exactly is the agenda for that type of an experience? We don’t see any information on what to expect and how this is similar or different to the guided tour.

Dear Lori, Tea Picking and Rolling Event is an all day activity, that involves tea picking by hand, tea processing by hand and finally tasting of freshly made tea. Lunch is also included. More information about the event is here. We hope to see you soon.
