High quality Japanese green tea is a delicate brewing style as it can taste very different depending on how you choose to brew it.
As Tea Farmers, we very much appreciate that tea lovers such as yourself are enjoying our teas so much! We also believe that it is also important to share how we found the best brewing methods for not only our teas but Tea’s from all over Japan.
However this course will focus on how to make a perfect cup of a very well known Japanese Green Tea, Sencha.
*The course does not include tea. Please make sure that you prepare your own Sencha or make a purchase from our website at least two weeks in advance to be able to brew along with us.
We are looking forward to welcoming you on an adventure to the world of Japanese Tea from our Tea Farm in the heart of tea production region in Kyoto.
