Hello,
As it relates to shipping your 10kg Matcha option internationally, which shipping company/agency would be used?
Also, is it that the product would come to where I am (eg Florida) and if there were custom charges then we would pay that upon arrival?

If you complete the form at the bottom of the page you will receive all our wholesale materials including the information about shipping options. Orders are shipped to your specified address and custom charges are applied by local customs office when you receive the parcel.
