A Mochi Making Experience with our longtime friend, partner, and Wazuka local, Toshi-san. Toshi-san, also known as “The Mochi Man,” is a 3rd-generation sweets-maker and mochi specialist, who will teach you the entire process of mochi making from start to finish!
You’ll pound your own rice into mochi, create tea-flavored anko and fillings, and finally craft the perfect mochi daifuku to be enjoyed with a delicious cup of our tea.
