Hi my name is Tomáš second intern from Slovakia coming to you with his project for Obubu Cafe!
My project for ambassador program started with realizing there’s not an updated version of our menu in the cafe area where we serve tea tour lunch for our guest. So naturally me form a gastronomic background saw an opportunity for my project to get all the allergens and ingredients into a newly made and updated menu brochure.
I started first with checking how did the old version look like, after reviewing it I found couple of things where I could improve things in my new brochure.
So after talk with Senior Assistant Manager Tran we came to the conclusion that this could be a great project for our cafe. I started by gathering information on what ingredients we use in our meals and what allergens they have, after that I made a photo documentation of all the ingredients.
Then in Canva I started to design a new brochure, came up with nice infographic labels which are easy to read for everyone. And after few revisions with Tran we came to the final product.
I hope this brochure will help in the future to navigate our menu and all guest will know exactly what they get for lunch.
If i had more time I would also create a space for knifes to hang in the kitchen and also made a sharpening manual for kitchen and obubu houses that way we would keep the high standards in kitchens and safe and happy cooking! I hope someone will take upon this task and help the cafe area grow into a beautiful space where lovely food and tea will come out.
